EDITORIAL PROGRAMMING AND STRATEGY
At Discovery Digital, I developed Whale Wars: Blood and Water for Animal Planet — the first interactive episode in Discovery's history, nominated for an Interactive Emmy and winner of two Webby Awards. As head of video for Upworthy, I navigated a major Facebook algorithm change on my first day and grew views 47% and watch time 114% within the first year. As head of sports video for Audacy, I built and led a team that achieved triple-digit growth across YouTube, Facebook, and owned channels — serving 35 markets including WFAN New York, The Score Chicago, and CBS Sports Radio — and launched a 24/7 livestream operation supporting our national programming partnership with BetMGM.
Currently embedded as Head of Content at a media consultancy, I lead editorial strategy, programming development, and platform growth for brands, publishers, and media companies. I build and upskill teams, develop repeatable content series, and execute creator partnerships that drive real audience gains. For one client — a nearly 200-year-old cultural institution — short-form content now reaches over 30 million people monthly.
